What an amazing story! Anne Boden, founder of Starling Bank, shares her, at times, unbelievable story about the challenges that she faced trying to turn her vision of simpler, tech-enabled banking into reality.
Highlights include the challenges of attracting financial backers as a middle-aged female founder, her co-founder attempting a coup against her and then leading most of her team out the door to start Monzo (with the full support by Passion Capital ud83dudc4e), and getting her own back with a clever prank on their brand relaunch ud83dude02.
