While the characterisations by Derek Jacobi were excellent, the recording itself is very disappointing. It is actually a hugely abridged version. When it reaches its conclusion, it continues with sections from the Alan Bennet version, completely out of order. I advise that no-one buys this version. I will be seeking a refund.
