Leo Carew is a British author of epic fantasy fiction whose Under the Northern Sky trilogy — The Wolf, The Spider, and The Cuckoo — has been praised for its ambitious worldbuilding, complex characters, and gritty, realistic approach to warfare and politics. Carew, who studied biological anthropology at Cambridge, brings a scientist's understanding of human behaviour to his richly imagined fantasy world. His audiobooks offer listeners epic fantasy with genuine intellectual depth, appealing to fans of Joe Abercrombie and George R.R. Martin.
