Liz Gotauco

Liz Gotauco is an author known for her irreverent, subversive approach to storytelling. Her book F*cked Up Fairy Tales takes beloved classic tales and reimagines them with dark humour, modern twists, and provocative themes. Gotauco strips away the sanitised versions of familiar stories to reveal — and invent — the absurdity, complexity, and sometimes disturbing undercurrents that fairy tales have always contained. Her writing is sharp, funny, and unapologetically adult. Available as an audiobook and in print, F*cked Up Fairy Tales appeals to readers and listeners who enjoy twisted humour, satirical retellings, and stories that challenge the comfortable narratives we grew up with.
