Michael Parenti

Michael Parenti is an American political scientist, historian, and author known for his left-wing political analysis and critiques of capitalism, imperialism, and mainstream media. Blackshirts and Reds examines the politics of fascism, communism, and the Western response to both, arguing that the conventional narrative about twentieth-century political history obscures important truths about power and ideology. His audiobooks and books are provocative listening and reading for anyone interested in political science, twentieth-century history, and radical critiques of established political narratives.
