Christopher Eccleston

Christopher Eccleston is a British actor known for his intense and committed performances across film, television, and theatre. Born in Salford, Lancashire in 1964, he played the Ninth Doctor in the 2005 revival of Doctor Who, and his other credits include Shallow Grave, Our Friends in the North, Elizabeth, 28 Days Later, The A Word, and The Leftovers. His autobiography I Love the Bones of You was published in 2019.
