What to expect
Discover the Witcher series like you've never heard it before in this brand-new, immersive audio production with music, sound design, and a full cast. Starting with Crossroads of Ravens, a standalone prequel novel, following fantasy's most beloved monster hunter, Geralt of Rivia, on his first steps towards becoming a legend.
Starring Sam Stafford as Geralt, Richard Armitage as Preston Holt, Clare Corbett as Nenneke, priestess of Melitele, Tom Alexander as Artamon of Asguth, Peter Kenny as the narrator, and a full cast.
Before he was the White Wolf or the Butcher of Blaviken, Geralt of Rivia was simply a young witcher, stepping into a world that neither understands nor welcomes his kind.
Protecting a world that fears him is no easy task. Surviving it is harder. As the line between right and wrong blurs, Geralt must decide to become the monster everyone expects or something else entirely.
This is the story of how legends are made – and what they cost.
Andrzej Sapkowski's epic fantasy Witcher series is a global phenomenon that inspired the blockbuster video games and hit Witcher Netflix show.

"Even if you're only curious about The Witcher from the Netflix show or video games, Crossroads of Ravens offers an engaging story that hits hard thematically and explores how "monstrosity" is a socially-constructed category. Sapkowski is a true master of fantasy literature, and Crossroads of Ravens is his latest example of his writing prowess."—Popverse
-
"This is not only a good book, but arguably one of the strongest and most focused in the entire Witcher series. If you enjoy The Witcher, then Crossroads of Ravens is an essential read."—Winter is Coming
-

"I loved this book so much. It is definitely going to be one of my top 10 reads for the year 2025... And whatever one’s level of exposure to The Witcher franchise: only the TV show, games (all/only Witcher3,) all the books, or only some of the books, or any combination of the above or even none of the above – this is a perfect point to jump straight in. It is a proper standalone tale."—FanFi Addict
