BONDED BY MUSIC. BROKEN BY EACH OTHER. BACK WHERE THEY BELONG.
THE SUPERSONIC STORY OF TWO BROTHERS WHO REWROTE HISTORY.
GALLAGHER chronicles the fall and rise again of one of the world's biggest bands: Oasis. With a focus on Noel and Liam Gallagher's individual journeys, this absorbing biography starts from the shattered remnants of Oasis in 2009, taking fans through 15 years of high and lows as the brothers become formidable solo artists.
PJ Harrison, a former label owner and artist manager (but above all Oasis fan) who spent time on the road and in the studio with them, takes fans inside the world of Oasis. Drawing on meticulous research and exclusive interviews, Harrison explores how two brothers from a Manchester council estate became the defining musical force of their generation, and why their legacies endure.
With a foreword by legendary Rolling Stones manager Andrew Loog Oldham, this account sheds new light on fame, family, feuds and an unthinkable reunion.

A nice narrative arc and a refreshing take on the brothers' psychodrama in the years they were apart, but there were multiple inaccuracies when it comes to dates and instances where the author conflated specific events. For example, he wrote about how Noel used his first press conference back in 2011 to apologise for accusing Liam as being hungover back in 2009 and not sick with laryngitis, when it was in fact at that press conference that the initial allegation was made. Another example would be Liam's first Glastonbury appearance on the Pyramid Stage - the author states it as taking place in 2023, when it actually took place in 2019. One last example (although there were multiple) - Dead To The World was indeed a fan favourite, but not a 'staple' of Noel's live set. It has never been played live.
