What to expect
The Evil Spirit and His Grandson follows a clever young boy whose bravery and quick thinking turn the tables on a mischievous spirit. When the evil spirit tries to whisk him away, the boy uses his wits to outsmart his supernatural captor — proving that even the darkest forces can be undone by courage and cleverness.
In Donkey Cabbages, an ordinary man’s life takes a bizarre and whimsical turn when a magical curse transforms him into a creature with a peculiar appetite. Struggling with his new reality, he must navigate the strange gift (or curse) of insatiable hunger for prickly donkey cabbages, learning lessons of humility, perseverance, and the value of hope along the way.
Charming, curious, and full of moral depth, these classic German folk tales blend humor with heart. Perfect for listeners of all ages, this duo of Grimm stories celebrates the power of resourcefulness and the strange wonders that lie just beyond the ordinary world.
