The book itself is excellent, pacy, creepy enough to keep you going if you’re a fan of folk horror etc, Christopher Ecclestone however was a terrible choice of narrator, great actor he might be, but he reads this in a flat, almost monotone with no life nor discernible difference in the characters voices. AI probably would have done a better job in all honesty.
